Japan's Tanaka Kikinzoku Jewelry and toy maker Bandai unveils a pure platinum robot figure "Gundam Fix Platinum", standing 12.5 cm tall, weighing 1.4 kg and with an estimated price of 250,000 USD, at Tanaka's headquarters in Tokyo 10 May 2007. The popular cartoon robot character Gundam was assembled with 78 platinum parts and studded with a 0.15 carat diamond on its head.Tags:
