Because of his deformed facial appearance that resembles ape and also the inabilities of standing upright and walking like a normal man, Chen Cong-fa/hua (in Chinese media, as if he has two names 陈聪发/华), 30, from Chenzhou of central China's Hunan Province is dubbed as "Monkey Man" in his village. Chen is less than 1.1m tall and weighs less than 20kg.
