Only few days after Lebron James made the headlines with his move to Miami thus giving the Heat a Big 3 line-up with James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh, another marquee figure in the NBA is creating much noise. Shaquille O'Neal is moving to another team and it's not LA Lakers. Instead, to the surprise of almost all, Shaq is moving to Boston. Yes, you heard it right. The big guy is now a Celtic.And while many people think that the good and glory days of Shaq is over and done, what he adds to the Celtics team is a legit Center. If combined with the big guns of Boston, Shaq would make things a bit easier to him teammates Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. Then comes the BIG 4. Now combine that with their youngster pointguard Rajon Rondo and you may have a formidable force in the East again.
Despite this big move, we can't help but think that the move is only Shaq's last hurrah to redeem himself and prove to other people that he can do well in a team without Kobe. Let's just wait and see about that. Before trying to beat the beefed up Heat, Boston needs to jell out well first. And after that, let's not forget the Lakers on the other side.
