Queen Latifah 
, aka Dana Owens, is a musician, television and film actress, as well as a label president, author and entrepreneur - was director/choreographer Adam Shankman's first choice in Hairspray which is showing in cinemas in Los Angeles. It was said that Hairspray "is the only film out this summer I have been begging everyone to see, and the one film I'm willing to see again and again", I think Queen Latifah's action in her first musical is for sure very great!
