The documents also reveal ex-husband Kevin Federline is receiving $20,000 a month in spousal support which is due to end on November 15. Kevin Federline 's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan that he "has no net income after business expenses" as Spears is "clearly the 'monied party" in this case. And Kaplan said she should pay $50,000 for Federline's legal expenses.
