Piper Roundtree, the Woman Murder of Husband Professor Fredric Jablin

In the early dawn hours of October 30, 2004, Piper Roundtree suffering the depression gunned down her divorced husband Fredric M. Jablin, a beloved professor at University of Richmond in Virginia in Mr. Jablin's house and fled to Texas, her home State.  And ten days later she was arrested for the killing of Fred Jablin, even though she denied the murdering. In July 2005, she was sentenced to life in prison plus three years and since then Piper Rountree was jailed in Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women in Troy, Virginia. She is expected to be up for parole in 2020, when she's 60-years-old.

Piper Roundtree, was once a standout University of Texas law student 8 years junior to her communications professor, later husband Fred Jablin.
