The Murder of Princess Diana stars Jennifer Morrison in a fictionalized account of the book by the same name by Noel Botham, which theorized that the car crash that caused the death (photo) of the Princess of Wales Princess Diana, her companion Dodi Fayed and their chauffeur Henri Paul on August 31, 1997 in a Paris tunnel, was a conspiracy. Morrison portrays a journalist called Rachel who witnesses the tragic car crash and quickly becomes convinced it was not just an accident.
The two-hour movie will air in a special three-night premiere beginning Saturday, August 25 at 9:00 PM, followed by encore presentations on Sunday, August 26 at 6:00 PM and Monday, August 27 at 9:00 PM on Lifetime Television.
Apparently, Mary McMamara, the staff writer of Los Agels Times doesn't think the film The Murder of Princess Diana is a nice movie acknowledging the 10-year anniversary of Diana's death. Instead, It's just as bad as you think it would be and perhaps a little worse.
