Local residents in Yicheng in central China 's Hubei province have held a lobster race, reported CRI citing the China News Service.
Yicheng lobsters were selected as the most popular cuisine in Hubei. The lobster race, supported by the local government, aims to promote the Yicheng cuisine nationwide and attract more investors.
What we want to point out here is that the lobsters above are actually crayfish not the clawed lobster, but the Chinese nationals are used to called it the lobster .
