Shigeo Kodama, 54, used the climbing skills he perfected from his job as a construction worker to steal 4,400 pieces of lingerie which included 3,977 underpants, 355 bras and 10 pairs of stockings over a six-year period starting from 2001. Kodama's weird stealing behaviors were apparently blasted when Hiroshima Prefectural Police arrested him in February after he stole underwear from two houses.
